Model at Brownstone Square - Central Phoenix
The developer contacted me to upgrade the look of his model
homes. We agreed that I should continue the urban
contemporary style that would enhance the major furniture items
that had already been purchased. I noted that a key selling
feature - the roof deck with stunning views had been left
completely unfurnished.
To accommodate his budget I worked with the existing furniture,
repositioning it to make the rooms more inviting. I then restyled
the units with art, plants, lighting and accessories. I also selected
furniture for the roof deck to showcase the great views.
