Before it was staged this vacant home had been on the market for 59 days with
19 showings, but no offers. After the staging it only took 19 days to get an
accepted offer for $5K over the listing price.
I focused on all the areas that are most critical for a first impression. I
furnished the foyer, dining, kitchen, nook, family room master suite, patio and
two bedrooms. To keep staging costs down I used vignette staging in the
living room and loft and left one bedroom vacant.
