Staging Consultation:
We evaluate your home’s market appeal indoors and out.
During the 90-minute walk through we will discuss what
needs to be done to maximize the appeal to prospective
buyers. If there are areas of your home that you would like
us to stage we can prepare a proposal for you.
The 90-min consultation fee is $150*.
*additional travel fees apply if located beyond 30 miles from
Central Phoenix.
Virtual Staging Services:
Now you can show prospective buyers what your room could
look like furnished or furnished in a different style without
actually furnishing the room. We create a color rendering of
your room on a computer and display it in your room on an
easel. You may want to show the room set up several
different ways such as a game room, a family room or an
office. This lets prospective buyers see your room's
potential.

Hands on Staging:
Our team arrives on-site and begins the staging process.
We do a thorough walk-through of the home to determine
what items will be needed for staging and what items should
be relocated.
We begin by staging the areas most important to a
prospective buyer and most in need of staging. Rooms will
be staged by repositioning furniture, relocating items that are
visually distracting and repositioning and/or adding furniture
or decorative accessories.
Vacant Home Staging Services:
We offer staging services for vacant homes and for occupied
homes. For vacant homes we offer either standard or
upscale furniture. Upscale furniture is necessary for homes
with large rooms and high ceilings or when a very upscale
impression is needed. Standard furniture works well in
homes with average sized rooms.
