stage it in one week for a broker's caravan tour of luxury homes.
Originally the owner just wanted a few areas staged, but because
the rooms were so large it made since to stage the whole house as
the pricing is based on sq. ft and it didn't cost that much more to
stage the whole home.
I worked with a furniture retailer to lease the furniture and I
brought in art, bedding and accessories from my inventory. I
coordinated a team of movers and assistants and over the course
of five days the home was transformed from cold and stark to
warm and elegant.
